A Sound Bath and Grief Ritual

Community Healing and Potluck

In a safe space held by experienced facilitators, we are given the opportunity to fully allow our grief, in all its forms, to move through us and awaken us to our own aliveness and compassion -- the very medicine we need, personally and planetary. As we shift out of the current cultural paradigm of repression and denial of grief, towards the new vision of gathering together to grieve our losses fully, we heal our hearts individually and collectively.

Together we will open circle with a grounding meditation and sharing ritual; then dip into a sound bath, closing, and last but not least a potluck.

Wear comfy clothes, bring a journal and pen, mat and blanket, and a dish if you wish. :)

Facilitator: Brook Elaine is an Intuitive, Life Coach, Death Doula, Sound Guide, Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner 

Donation: Suggested range $35 or as you are able to contribute
